Relevant Practice Materials
Practice is one of the most important aspect of preparation and most important tool of perfection, Apex Education will conduct quiz tests in the class room. The quiz test paper will be based on the topic just concluded and the evaluation of same will be done on the spot in the class. The concept based any problems
attempted incorrectly will be explained again. Intensive Practice Paper (IPP) containing some model problems of multidimensional nature will be given to each student in all subject time to time. The IPP will be of two types : Main Practice Paper (MPP) & Advanced Practice Paper (APP) and these will be very useful for JEE (Main) / PMTand JEE (Advanced) Preparation, respectively
Backlog Clearance & cope-Up-Classes
If any student missed the class for some valid reasons, the student may contact his/her concerned teacher. The teacher will try best to arrange classes by self or some other faculty. But it adviced to each student that they don’t miss the regular classes. It must be noted that IIT-JEE or AIEEE(now JEE) / PMT students must be
free from any home sickness and other activities. After achieving success one should respond positively to all obligation with zeal and helping hand.
APEX Education All India Test Series
These are IIT-JEE/PMT pattern tests. The test series will consist 18 tests (six for each subjects syllabus based) & 10 full syllabus test based on the latest IIT-JEE/PMT pattern. There will be one question paper of three hours duration for JEE (main)/PMT and two papers each of three hours duration for JEE (Advanced). Each paper will consist of separate sections for Physics, Chemistry and Maths / Botany, Zoology. The full test will be based on full syllabus while part test on part syllabus. These tests will be conducted under actual examination like conditions and will be provided not only to our class room program students but students other than these also he enroll themselves only for taking these tests. These test will provide full exposure of facing IIT-JEE/PMT many time before the final IIT-JEE/PMT. Parent - Teacher Meeting (PTM)
In order to appraise performances of any student to his/her parents / guardian a regular parent teacher meeting will be convened. In this meeting the progress of the student in his/her school and Apex Education Classes will be discussed and suggestions for parents by teacher and vice-versa will be delivered & invited
for the betterment of the services provided by the institute leads to overall growth of the students.
Special Doubt Clearance Cell
Apex Education Understand that student invariably encounter problems due to the
various doubts arising during the self study or even subject matter taught to them in the class and these problems must be sorted out at the earliest. With this respect the Apex Education classes has formed a special doubt clearance
cell. The cell will work continuously during the working hours and at least one teacher of each subject will be present there round the clock to attend the doubts of the students. In addition to this, students may contact their respective teachers to clear their doubts on the spot.
Safety to Girl Student
All necessary steps will be taken to provide full safety to girl students in the institute’s premises as well as in their Hostels.
